Phase 1: The First 14 Days — Wholesale Opportunity Window
This is where the magic starts. As a preferred BuyersHaus investor, you’ll receive first-look access to new deals.

Here’s how it works:
- Properties are marketed directly to our cash buyer network—no daisy chains.
- Pricing is firm and fair. No bidding wars. First to commit wins the deal.
- We provide courtesy walkthroughs (once under contract) when possible.
- You’ll work directly with a licensed agent and investor—your personal dispo contact.
- Contracts are delivered electronically, and EMDs are due within 1 hour of execution.
Early movers get the deal. If it fits your criteria, act fast.
Phase 2: Days 15 – 35 – Auction Activation
Didn’t catch the deal during wholesale? We open the bidding to a wider audience through our
exclusive national auction partnership.
What this means for you:
– You can still bid and participate—even if you missed the first 14 days.
– Transparent platform with a firm closing deadline.
– Great opportunity for buyers using private or hard money financing.
– We still support you through every step—title, paperwork, and funding.
If you missed Phase 1, Phase 2 gives you a second shot—now competing with national investors.
Phase 3: Days 36 – 60 – MLS & Retail Exposure
Still not sold? That’s rare—but if it happens, we list the property on the MLS and
target retail and finance-backed buyers.

Your opportunity here:
– Work with our in-house agents for full retail exposure.
– If you’re using lending, this might be your window.
– Access to property management and post-closing support if you intend to buy & hold.
While this is our longest window, it’s also the most visible and competitive.
